The Space

You will enter the house and be greeted by an open living area and brand new flooring and finishes throughout. As you make your way to the outside, you will be welcomed by multiple entertaining spaces

The huge gazebo can be enjoyed after you fire up a meal on the custom built in grill. Make sure to grab a beverage of your choice from the mini fridge right beside it. Whenever you decide to take a break inside, the central AC will be waiting to welcome you on hot days.

There are three comfortable bedrooms and one sleeper sofa for a deep night's rest. Each outfitted with a top grade memory foam mattress, high quality linens and plush pillows. You will sleep like babies.

Eufy and Minut technology monitors the property for our mutual safety --- but to be clear, the eufy device out front only activates with motion and these devices DO NOT record any video or sound whatsoever inside the house or in the yard, as we respect your privacy.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
